Data protection

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Web Analysis

If you have given your consent, our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by adjusting your cookie consent (see below) accordingly.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for data processing with the provider. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on order data processing. The data is deleted regularly (currently every 26 months).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website.

Google reCaptcha

To protect against spam and abusive interactions via email, our website uses the captcha service reCaptcha from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you use our contact form, reCaptcha is automatically activated; user data such as your IP address, browser data, operating system and possibly other data are collected by Google in order to distinguish real users from bots. If you do not want this, please use your own email program to send us a message by email. The legal basis is Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the security of our users and the defense against unwanted emails. Further information about Google's data protection can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

Your rights

You generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us or the data protection authority.
